I just... I just don't want anybody else to know that I'm not a real human. So instead of "Milk from Palmier Village", I invented "Mimino Kurumi". I told the truth to all of you on the Way because none of you would mind. I mean, Captain Kurt was blue -- I don't even remember if you knew him. He was in charge before Ryuuzaki was. But everywhere else, I decided I was just going to be Kurumi. Things are easier that way.

Yeah, it's easier sometimes to hide things about yourself, because people can be really stupid about a lot of things. But hiding what you are...is almost like saying you're ashamed of it, and there isn't a damn wrong with who you are.
